The Business Owners Growth Club was created to give business owners a space to think clearly, develop confidently & grow alongside people who genuinely understand the realities of running a business. I’m Sian Smith, the founder of The Business Owners Growth Club. I’m a qualified business coach, a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, an accredited member of the Institute of Leadership & Management, & a mentor on the Government’s Help to Grow Scheme.
I own two accountancy practices, a coaching business & a business consultancy. I work with corporates, start-ups, garden designers, solo business owners, leadership teams & multi-million-pound companies. Regardless of size or sector, the challenges are often the same: clarity, confidence & consistency.
I created this Club because I saw a gap for business owners who wanted more than a social space or a monthly motivation hit. They wanted a community but a professional one. A space led by someone who understands business at every level: strategy, finance, operations, leadership, marketing & mindset.
